We were very satisfied with the service and timeliness of the water pump replacement/thermostat on our 2007 328XI. It actually took less than 24 hrs to complete the repairs from the time our vehicle was dropped off (~1:00p) by the towing company. On my initial call the service rep was not sure when they would be able to get at it. He offered to contact the towing company for me but I had their number and did it myself. Later in the day he called me and said there were some service cancellations and would have the repairs completed by noon the next day. My only comment on the survey I'd completed was probably similar to other owners who have not had to have repairs performed on a luxury vehicle. We picked up our vehicle late that afternoon. Your service group will be recommended and I can't think of anything at this time that I'd expect differently.
My service was superb. I showed up late but it was not my intention. I believe I had the service time confused. But the staff were courteous, respectful and prompt. Repairs were done ahead of the proposed quoted time and I was treated like a king. THIS is why I continue to come to Kimberly.
